How to Request a Home Visit
House Bound patients can request for home visits, Please telephone reception as soon as possible in the morning before 10:00am explaining your illness and a doctor will visit you.
Please attend the surgery if you can in order that we can continue to provide medical care to as many patients as possible.
Please be aware you do not have an automatic right to a home visit and you will be visited on medical grounds.
